Where is my logbook stored?

On your iPhone. If iCloud is on for Pilotbook, it also syncs through your private iCloud, so it follows you to a new iPhone signed in to the same Apple Account. We have no servers and can't see your logbook.

How do I keep a copy of my logbook?

Use Export in Pilotbook to save a CSV file, a full backup or a printable PDF, then send it wherever you keep your files. Exports are free, with or without Pilotbook Pro. The full backup leaves out scans and photos of your documents because they're too large; iCloud keeps those.

I bought Pilotbook Pro. How do I get it on a new iPhone?

Sign in with the same Apple Account, open Profile, then Pilotbook Pro, and tap Restore purchases.

How do I cancel Pilotbook Pro or ask for a refund?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I deleted a flight by mistake.

Deleted flights and simulator sessions stay in Recently Deleted for 30 days, where you can restore them.

How do I delete all my data?

Delete the app. To remove the iCloud copy too, open Settings, tap your name, then iCloud, then Storage, choose Pilotbook and delete its data. See the Pilotbook privacy policy for what the app stores.
