Who we are

These terms are an agreement between you and TERA LABS USA LLC ("Tera Labs", "we"), 75 East 3rd Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. They cover this website, teralabs.sh, and the Pilotbook app. Tera Studio, Tera Chat, TeraCart and Tera Ads have their own terms, linked below, which apply when you use those products.

Using this website

teralabs.sh tells you about our products and how to reach us. You may use it for that. Please don't try to break, overload or get around the security of the site.

The Tera Labs, Tera Studio, Pilotbook and Tera Chat names, logos and site content belong to TERA LABS USA LLC. Apple, App Store, iPhone and Mac are trademarks of Apple Inc.

Pilotbook

Licence

Pilotbook is distributed through the App Store and licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms.

Pilotbook Pro

Pilotbook is free to download. Pilotbook Pro is an in-app purchase, sold as a monthly or yearly subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase. The price is shown in the app before you buy. Apple charges your Apple Account, and subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in the Settings app under your name, then Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

An aid, not an authority

Pilotbook helps you keep your logbook and checks it against rules such as flight and duty time limits, currency and document expiry. It is a record-keeping aid. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your records and for complying with the rules of your licensing authority and your operator. Check limits, currency and documents against official sources before you rely on them, and never use Pilotbook in place of your operator's approved systems.

Your logbook

Your logbook is yours. It is stored on your iPhone and in your private iCloud, not with us, so keep your own copies: Pilotbook can export a CSV file, a full backup and a printable PDF.

Tera Studio is covered by its own terms of service and refund policy.

Tera Chat is covered by its own terms and refund policy.

TeraCart is covered by its own terms.

Tera Ads

Tera Ads is covered by its own terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The website and Pilotbook are provided as they are. We work to keep them accurate and available, but we don't promise they will be error-free or always online.

To the extent the law allows, TERA LABS USA LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by relying on Pilotbook instead of official sources. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jaipur have jurisdiction, unless the consumer law of the place where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site or Pilotbook after a change, the new terms apply.
